Measurements

The last time I did my measurements was on May 14th, since then I have had slower results, because I haven't been as focused on my diet.  Even at a slow pace, I still have had results! 

May 14, 2012
Waist: 38" -1 1/2"
Calves: 17"
Neck: 12 1/2" 
Thigh: 24"  + 1/2"
Arm: 12 1/2"
Chest: 39"   -1"
Hips: 43 1/2"
Weight: 205lbs  -5.4

Weight: 198.4lbs  -6.6lbs

Progress is what keeps me going!!  Thanks goodness I am starting to see it again.
